Canadian Tamil Sports Association (CTSA) is an organization founded towards preserving the Tamil identity in Canada through sports. CTSA FC is the competitive soccer team competing in the Ontario Soccer League. It was created to unite Tamil players of the many Tamil clubs in the local Tamil league. The local Tamil league, which hosts clubs from the Greater Toronto Area and Montreal, has created a competitive atmosphere with talented players. The founders of CTSA created this team to pursue the higher goal of creating a united Tamil team to maintain our Tamil identity in Canadian Sports specifically competitive soccer in Ontario. It is also gives Tamil youth soccer players an option on where to play competitive soccer.
